Rich came into our lives over 2 years ago and helped us save our house from foreclosure. My husband has ALS and is mostly bedridden and non verbal. So in 2025 we decided to sell our house and find a one story out of state. Rich held my hand through all of it because normally my husband would have dealt with it all. He not only sold our house very quickly but he also found me a reputable realtor within the state we were looking to move to. It all started with a purple envelope in the mail. I know it sounds crazy but..it's my favorite color so I thought I don't know the first thing about finding the right realtor so I called the man in the PURPLE envelope! It was the best move I could of made. He was very nice, informative and helpful. He put me in touch with a great probate attorney as well. We got to work, he wasted no time and sold our house very quickly. Richard has a great personality, hard working and professional. Give him a try you won't be disappointed. Thank you Richard!

I could tell from the start that Rich was the right agent. He knows his stuff and I always knew he was had my back. He wasn't just in it for his paycheck. You couldn't find someone who will fight harder for you.

In sports there was a dream team; Magic, Bird and Jordan. In Real Estate there is Rich and his team. I was ready to lose everything. Not only were my bills paid but I have money in the bank to start over. I just wanted to make sure you all know they are absolutely the best.

Our family has utilized Rich's extensive knowledge, experience, and expertise in the real estate field for many years now, during which he has consistently been dedicated to helping us in every way that he could... and this quality was never more valuable to us than during 2020! With Rich and Anna's (another agent in his firm) help, we had purchased a nice property and home a few years back (located just a block away from our daughter), that we intended to occupy after our planned retirement in 2020. During the interim few years, Rich helped us with all facets of leasing it and learning the various ins and outs of being good landlords. Then came 2020, and although we had structured our tenants' lease to expire mid-year so that we could renovate and move in ourselves, the unforeseen pandemic triggered a disastrous cycle of never-ending "eviction moratoriums" for rental homes in California (and most specifically in LA County). These moratoriums became the "norm" and were continuously extended for over a year (and are still in effect at the time of this writing)! Due to the lack of cooperation, hostility, neglect of the property upkeep, and overall neighborhood threat and nuisance of these tenants, we became faced with the difficult decision of having to sell our property in order to avoid more lost income and eventual foreclosure. Here again, Rich stepped in and "went to bat" for us in trying to find a buyer who would be fair and understanding of our predicament. At the same time, Rich also tried to assist us in discovery and implementation of any plausible strategies to remove these nightmare tenants, which was (and still is), next to impossible in LA county. However, due in part to Rich's persistence in marketing and his continued communication with possible buyers, we finally managed to sell our home/property after several months. At this point there are really no words to express the relief that we feel at having such a huge problem and stressor resolved!
