I began looking for my first house in the summer of 2020… I went through two different realtors before meeting Richard. He listened to all of my wants, needs, and concerns when it came to purchasing my first home. He did not give up even though we looked at home after home. He kept me in good spirits when I felt discouraged about the process. He also introduced me to the lender he uses and she was also so helpful and I went with her instead of my original lender. Richard has always made himself available to see homes, even more than once. He is honest when he has concerns about a home and let’s you know when the deal is good or bad. Still, he lets you make these decisions and does not put pressure on you to put offers in. He is extremely knowledgeable about the home buying process, renovations, income properties etc… he also has a great team of people that can help you even after you have bought your home if you need any additional services such as repairs or maintenance. I’m grateful to have met him and I believe that if I had not, I’d probably be still searching for a home. I purchased in April 2021. I appreciate you so much Richard!

Richard was a delight to work with. His calm and patience demeanor make the process easy. He was knowledgeable about our areas of interest. He created a personalized home search list for me. I received daily updates. He was very responsive in setting up home showings. We're a family of four and we often changed our minds on how many would be going to view the homes. Which caused a bit of Covid paper rework but he was patience with us. I like the fact that he allowed us to pick the home of choosing with no pressure sales tactics. Once we made our selection and the closing process started he kept us informed and stay on top of the moving pieces. He checked on us to ensure we kept the workflow moving on our end. Overall, working with Richard was a very positive experience.
