Richard is an amazing person first and foremost. Secondly he's a incredible real estate agent. I run my own commercial sales team and i even offered him a job. He's great to work with, made the buying process very easy. I've already recommended him to 3 other people buying now so i wanted to do it again on here.

As a first time home buyer things can seem a bit over whelming. I had no idea how to find the right agent to help me in this process. A friend recommended Mission Reality Group and lucky I found Rich there. He made to whole process extremely smooth and made sure I understood everything that takes place in the process. Day one we sat down and he went over the whole process and what I was looking for in my new home. He even put me in touch with a great lender for my VA loan. As we started looking at houses he was extremely patient and understanding. We looked for weeks at easily over 30 houses. Not once did he get frustrated about having to continue to got out looking to find the perfect house for me. Rich was there with an answer to any question I had. When it came time to finally put an offer in on my house I know he did everything possible to get me the best deal he possibly could and fought for me every step of the way. I would 100 percent go through this process again with him and recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a new home. I'm glad I got to work with Rich and even made a good friend out of it. I couldn't be happier with Rich and the house he helped me buy.
