Rich Somolik would dress in a superman suit if it were up to me! I've never met anyone as helpful and faithful in customer service! Rich spent many, many hours helping me sell an investment property out of state. It was an extremely difficult situation and without him by my side, I don't know how I would have navigated my way to a successful sale. Rich's understanding of the market and expertise in working with investors, as well as homeowners, is unsurpassed. I would never think to work with another agent after this experience with Rich. I cannot possibly recommend him enough for his integrity and work ethic. I will be forever grateful for this experience in working with Rich.
