Rick went above and beyond to make sure this house sold. Under the unique Circumstances I couldn’t be more pleased with the out come. There were certain things that needed to happen and Rick was there to either help get them done or made arrangements to ensure these things were taken care of on schedule.

My mom had Rick sell her cabin. We knew she was going to encounter well and septic issues but had no idea how to navigate that work. It was not a simple nor a short process but he knew who to call and took care of all of the details. He was responsive, professional, and accommodating throughout and even drove an hour to secure some important paperwork. In the end she cleared more than she expected to. We are grateful to Rick.
