My husband I and I met Richard at an open house in Winter Park after we had been referred to an agent who was local to Winter Park. Richard was a breath of fresh air for us. He followed up with all of our wants and needs. After seeing a few homes that we really liked, Richard never pressured us into purchasing a home. He waited til we were ready to buy and that meant a lot to us. After the sale hes remained in contact with us and I look forward to telling more people about him. Thanks Richard.
