We have previously worked with Rich as a buyer’s agent & recently as a seller’s agent. Rich was always available to answer any questions & thoroughly explained the answer/process. Rich gave us confidence on certain decision we had to make. He’s very knowledgeable & understands the market. Rich was available throughout the entire process & even took care of some stuff because we were not available. We highly recommend Rich & look forward to working with him again should the opportunity arise.
