Not being from Put-in-Bay, I began to call friends who live there full time for recommendations for a realtor. My sister passed away and we needed a reliable realtor to represent us in the sale of her property. Rudy's name was mentioned more than others. He has a wonderful reputation on the Island. After we retained him offers started almost immediately. Rudy helped us evaluate the offers and was always available when we called. The property closed without a hitch. I could not recommend him more highly.
