Richard is very down to earth & humble!

Richard is very down to earth & humble. He made all the info of selling house very easy for us to comprehend. He never seemed bother by all our questions. Was patient & kind. He is aggressive in the market. He firmly yet gently pushed us to action which was exactly what we needed. Selling our 1st home went very smoothly thanks to Richard. The hardest part was packing up and saying goodbye to our home. But was all worth it when we closed and got exactly what we ask for! Was highly recommended and he didn't disappoint. Will definitely use again when buying next home. I recommend Richard to everyone!
