We were so fortunate to have found Richard (Rich) to help us find a house. We have been looking for 3 years to downsize. Rich has been so helpful and giving us advice that best fits us. The whole process of finding a house and the contract process and closing process went so smooth. He has given us contacts around the area that we bought, which is a huge help since we don't know the area. We look forward to getting moved and putting our house on the market in the new year with Rich. We know he will do another fabulous job in selling our home.
