The whole process went smoothly from start to finish. His communication and negotiating skills (nervous first time buyer) kept the transaction moving along and got us to closing in timely manner. He was always available to answer my questions (and the buyers). Richard went the extra mile for me. His professionalism and knowledge, along with his honesty and integrity and hard work are very much appreciated! I do highly recommend Richard and would not hesitate to use him again! One positive I really liked is his personality. He is genuinely warm and caring, always with a smile. I had a great experience!
