Richard was great to work with. He knew the market and we felt very comfortable with the selling price that he came up with based on the comparables. He was dedicated and committed to selling our house. He explained the process thoroughly along the way and he was available 24/7 to answer our questions. The communication was excellent. He conducted several open houses and sold our house in only 20 days!!! We highly recommend him.
