Richard Peterson is an outstanding realtor and a great partner when it comes to purchasing a home. Buying our first house was scary and we had so many questions! Rich was so kind and patient with us, even though I'm sure we would have driven anyone else crazy! He was really great at offering helpful recommendations and keeping our needs in mind. He also has a ton of useful knowledge that we were so happy to be privy to. I can't recommend him enough! Finding and buying the right home is a huge commitment and you want someone like Rich to help you get through it. We bought our home in Vallejo, but he's familiar with all of the surrounding markets.
