Our vacation home had been on the market for over a year, and after switching to Paz Global, we saw a dramatic increase in showings, which finally led to a successful sale. Richard was also knowledgeable concerning the differences between coop and condo sales, and worked diligently to ensure the specific requirements for our coop were met. Finally, given our buyer’s financial funds availability, Richard suggested and implemented a lease/purchase arrangement that worked for both parties to close the deal. As a remote owner, I really appreciated Richard’s assistance from recommending local repair services to dealing with the building board’s requirements, to advising us each step of the way, to finalizing the contracts and sale. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Paz Global again.

Richard did a great job researching the market so the price would bring in a number of offers. Along with great marketing we were able to get well over our asking price. Good experience.
