I worked with Richard on and off for most of 2019 and no matter where we went, it was ALWAYS an absolute blast! He was there for my husband & I every step of the way and went above & beyond to make sure that we not only saw every house on our ever-growing list, but Richard also educated us on positives and negatives to look out for in our search as well. Once we selected the house we were sure was the best fit for us, Richard handled everything we needed to make sure that the property would be up to code to be ready for us to move in on the closing date. I cannot stress enough how great Richard is at his job, and how helpful he is to his clients.
