Although Mr. Nietz was the seller's broker, and I had never purchased a condominium before, he advised me every step of the way about the requirements the condo association required of new owners. I was also very busy selling my own house, so he would suggest I make the arrangements for gas and electric service, and how to sign up with the water department, and gave me a copy of the master deed of the condo showing what kind of insurance should be obtained and so many other things. He made sure I received copies of all the inspections, and was available by phone with my many questions. He is a very competent broker, and brought a bunch of flowers along with the keys to the property on closing day!
