I had the pleasure of working with Richard Neeley, who goes by Allen, for my most recent home purchase. I cannot recommend him enough. He is accommodating, thorough, and knowledgeable. Our process was seamless. There were several times when a mistake could have caused a delay, but he caught everything beforehand.
