Working with Richard was an incredibly successful, structured experience. Richard took the time to explain the entire process of selling home from the first weeks before the listing went live, throughout the sales and showing process, and then once the contract was in place through closing. I am single and work a full time job, but Richard made sure to be at my house anytime I had contractors doing work prior to listing and throughout the inspection and repair process post contract. He took the lead and handled nearly every encounter on his own. He is punctual and will be where he says he will be at all times. He is also an excellent communicator, reaching out 7 days a week if questions needed to be answered or decisions needed to be made. Most importantly, Richard is honest and dedicated to his clients. He will tell you the truth about all issues and do everything he can in order to ensure your sales experience is a success. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you, Richard - for everything.
