About Richard

Rich Napoli is extremely excited to have joined the REMAX RISE Team! Rich was born and raised in CT and has resided in Naugatuck, CT for almost 20 years. Before his move to Naugatuck, he was raised with his family in Cheshire since 1987. Rich is a homeowner, investor, and landlord who enjoys managing properties as well as home projects. Rich loves to learn and has completed a few home flips and was excited to project manage the entire process. Rich would be honored to help you with all your real estate needs: from renting a property, finding your dream home or your next investment anywhere in CT! Rich has assisted clients both sell and purchase homes throughout the entire state of Connecticut. He has a strong understanding for customer needs, is detail oriented, and prides himself on building relationships with others! You will find Rich to be a listener and dedicated to helping you with the entire purchasing or selling process. Rich is currently in public education and is a Dean of Students and began his career as a 5th grade teacher. Rich has extensive experience in education, especially in administration as a school leader. Rich also served as an adjunct professor at local CT universities. Rich has also spent time in his career in the private business sector. Rich was an account executive where he had sales and marketing responsibilities for highly successful corporations. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from Eastern Connecticut State University and earned his Master of Science in Education and a Sixth Year Diploma in Educational Leadership from Southern Connecticut State University. Rich is also a graduate of the University of Connecticut’s Superintendent Executive Leadership Program. In Rich’s free time, he enjoys playing softball and golf, being outdoors on the water boating or on his SUP. He values spending time with family and friends and is also an avid Yankee fan!
