We had a great home buying experience! Richard is from Austin and knows so much about how these neighborhoods are growing and changing. Being a native Austinite, it really meant a lot to me. He really seemed to understand the things we were looking for in our potential home and neighborhood. Not only that, he was super professional about pointing out any potential red flags that maybe we were overlooking. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process with letting us know what to expect and things where we had room to negotiate on etc. We like weird things about houses and Richard was able to navigate the weird and the practical with ease for us! Not only was Richard available when we needed him he also gave us the tools we needed to let us find the houses we were interested in and get the info we needed about them. 10/10 I would recommend Richard to anyone looking to buy a home in Austin!

Richard was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! He helped my wife and I find the perfect community for our first home. Always was available whenever we had questions or concerns and was at every meeting we had even if he all he did was show support. I can't say enough about how great Richard was with our house/land buying experience. Buying a house is definitely on the stressful end but Richard was there every step of the way. He was always a phone call or text away. He helped us understand everything going on and what we needed to do to make sure we were making the right choices. Now a days, real estate agents are a dime a dozen so it is hard to find one that doesn't have their own agenda..Richard consistently had our best interest in mind, he was patient and he truly understood what we wanted and needed in our new home!
