He took the initiative to reach out and keep me updated every step of the process, reporting every scheduled showing and providing instant feedback from sellers. He did his research on the housing market in the neighborhood before even being retained and was extremely knowledgeable about the process, making the sale seamless by coordinating the paperwork and facilitating the communication with the title company. Rich had his own potential buyers available to begin showings before the home was officially listed. Sold within about 8 days on market, negotiating a higher price than anticipated. Rich is a hard working, dedicated, driven, trustworthy real estate agent that went out of his way to meet with me at my convenience. He was referred by a friend, and i pass that referral on.
