This was in part because of being a sellers market, but also because they took great photos and got the word out there. When we were buying, Richard knew what we were looking for and what would work best for our lifestyle change. He helped us find a home that works for our family. I told my husband after looking at a home that wasn't for us that I felt like Richard was our advocate. He is very kind and just a pleasant person to work with. His team is awesome as well.
