Richard helped the reviewer buy this property

Very Helpful and Informed

Richard was very helpful and informative in helping us look for an oceanfront property in a specific area in South Florida. We are coming from Arizona and Richard helped with hotel and restaurant recommendations. He picked us up every day we had showings and would drive us around the neighborhoods. He would share all his knowledge and history of the area which was plentiful and quite entertaining. He was a pleasure to be around. He made us feel very cared for and was willing to help us in any way we needed. We found our perfect home in our short five day visit! Richard is the best and we highly recommend him.
