Our experience with Richard was excellent. We were very impressed with his due diligence in the contract process and protecting our interest. We had made an offer on a different property a few months prior and Rich found that the new flood zone was changed to a very high yearly cost. Everyone else had missed it, but thanks to Richard's attention to detail we avoided a potentially negative situation. The property we bought had a lot of easements & was part of a neighborhood association. Rich was great with researching all the details and helping us make good decisions with our offer and counter offer. Without his perseverance I believe that the sale would have fallen through for one reason or another. Rich plowed through and wrestled in the final closing day for us without any snags. And now we are living our dream here on the North Shore. Thanks to Rich for your dedication and support through the process. Definitely would recommend him for selling or buying a house on the islands.
