Richard was exceptional in helping us find our new home! He helped us sell the current home and buy another in a short amount of time. His advocacy, professionalism, and regular contact as well as follow up after we moved was greatly appreciated. Richard worked with us and got to know what we needed in a new home. He was present during the home inspection as well. We would highly recommend him as he is attentive, knowledgable, and professional. He truly knows the local real estate market!
