In a market where we could have felt totally hopeless, Rick was quick, determined, and at the ready for us to move fast when something rare hit the market. When we found the house we really wanted, he worked tirelessly to help us get it. I know his skill and knowledge in this field gave us the upper hand in negotiating and ultimately getting the house.
