Richard was excellent and on top of everything every step of the way to ensure we got into our home as quickly as possible and for being a first time home buyer he was very informative with all confusing escrow terms that get used. Richard is very professional and personable! We gave him a small deadline to find us a house and he worked day and night to find it for us! He also worked with our busy schedule to look at houses!
