Rich was fantastic from the very beginning. My wife and I first met Rich when we were first exploring the possibility of buying a new home for our growing family. He showed us a place that first day and we were struck by his genuine concern for our situation and his honesty and confidence. A few months later, we began getting our place ready to sell and then called Rich and hired him. He came by, gave us excellent advice for how to get our home ready for showings to make it look great for potential buyers. His communication throughout the process of selling, and his unwavering confidence that our place would sell paid off. We actually received three separate offers on our home and he closed our sale. On the other side of the coin, Rich was beyond patient with us and would take us out to see sometimes four or five homes in a day. He is very knowledgeable about both the real estate side, but also about the nuts and bolts of homes themselves. He truly educated us on what to look for and what would work best for us as a growing family. He knows exactly what to look for and what to avoid and always remained patient, never pressuring us, because he wanted to find the home that worked perfectly for us. We did and just closed on the purchase and are excited to move in and make it our dream home. In the beginning he stated his goal for the timeline of selling and for getting us into our new home and he achieved it with time to spare. My wife and I could not be more grateful for all of Rich's time, patience, expertise and genuine understanding and caring nature. We would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy and/or sell a home. He helped us accomplish something that I wasn't sure we would ever accomplish and for that, we are truly thankful.

He was awesome! He knew what he was doing. He was friendly and knowledgable and kept us abreast of things. He listened to what we wanted and he showed us exactly that and didn't waste our time and helped us find the perfect house.
