My Father had a winter home in Port Charlotte, Florida. He was interested in moving to a condo. He met Richard Knight and I have to be honest it was a lucky move on his part. Richard was fantastic assisting my father to sell his current home and purchase his new home. Richard kept in constant contact with me in the Cold North so I was aware of what was going on how I could help them.
