Excellent communicator

Richard was invaluable in leading me through what was and was not necessary to prepare my house for market. It was a usual piece of property and there was nothing to compare it to as far as comps. Prior to the property going on the market Richard obtained to bids, one of which I immediately accepted. The escrow closing went like clockwork.
