I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Richard Kendall. He was my realtor for the purchase of a new home, and then for the sale of my previous home. He is very knowledgeable about the market, and made a number of great suggestions for how to sell the property. He is detail-oriented, kept me apprised of upcoming deadlines and what was needed to meet each of those. He is not one to push his opinions, but instead would weigh the pros and cons to determine how I wanted to proceed. I found him responsive to all of my questions and concerns, and he worked with my schedule. I would certainly retain him again if I had to do the purchase/sale all over. I highly recommend him for your next sale or purchase!
