It all went very smoothly

We were selling in a cool market, with holidays on the horizon. Rick did a great job of staging the house and giving us a good price point for the market. Result...house sold quickly. Rick and his staff communicated what was going on, and gave us clear explanations for our options during the process. The only reason I didn't give Rick a '5' for negotiation is that I didn't have enough information for an informed opinion. Summary: Rick is a knowledgeable professional.
