I would highly recommend Rich. He was excellent in all aspects of the process and very personable, which made working with him a great experience. He does not pressure you or try to steer you towards a property. He was skilled at finding homes really tailored to our specifications. He was also respectful during the showings. He gave us our space so we could do a walk through independently without hovering over us trying to make a sale. I think he truly does want what’s best for the client so there was never any pressure to hurry up and find something. He’s very knowledgeable about the market, the area and accommodating to his clients. I can’t say enough great things about him. I definitely would recommend him without hesitation.

Rich helped us purchase a home in the Pompano Beach 2 years ago. As new owners, we needed a real expert and someone that could explain us all the details of each step.
