Rick has helped me sell 2 homes and buy 2 homes. He is reliable, responsive and doesn't mind if you call or text him. He didn't mind showing many homes when I was purchasing my home residence. When there were issues (things the other buyer/seller/title company messed up), he helped fix them. On my primary residence, I made back at least 3 times my investment (bought in 2010, sold in 2021).
