Richard’s knowledge of the real estate market is as good as it gets in Miami-Dade County. Tells you like it is w/o the fluff or used car salesmen routine. If what you want is experienced and knowledgeable then Richard is your guy...I’ve known Richard for 20 years and we’ve done several transactions as real estate investors together. In this particular process Richard was serving as my real estate agent in the acquisition of an investment condo in the North Beach area of Miami Beach. This is an area that he has purchased and sold in the past and probably one of the last affordable frontiers on the beach. As stated before his knowledge of the area and ability to estimate repair costs is such a valuable tool that he has and few realtors possess. For that and just his overall calming way of respecting his profession and putting my girlfriend and I at ease is the reason I would recommend him to ANYONE !!!
