We worked with Richard Crafts to sell our home and couldn't have been more happy. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He had an amazing photographer come in and not only take photos of the house but also do a 3d walk through and online 3d dollhouse image of our home at no cost to us. Within 3 days we had multiple offers above asking and were informed on which offer was the best and why. Throughout the process Richard was by our side and keeping us informed on everything that was going on with inspections and the buyers. Richard was an amazing realtor. He really went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations as first time home buyers. He was very knowledgeable about the local market and all of the processes we had to go through including the inspection, appraisal, and closing with the mortgage company. He also connected us with some great contractors that we were very pleased with. Richard was extremely responsive and always available when we needed him by phone, text, or email. He even guided us through our first few open houses in case we had any questions. This man worked tirelessly to get us into our first house and we were more than happy with our overall experience with Richard as our realtor. Words can't describe how amazing this young man is. He made us feel like family. He never promised anything he was not going to deliver. we had some road blocks during our transaction ( at no fault of Richard) and he accommodated us in all possible ways he could. This is my 3rd times buying a house and I honestly have to say that it was by far the best experience solely because of Richard. I cannot say enough about our experience with Richard. He was absolutely amazing. We had sold our house with a Nother realtor and were extremely dissatisfied. So we knew we would need a new realtor to find our next home. Richard was referred to us by a friend and he was able to accommodate our schedule. My husband was working out of town and we only had a short window of time together to look at houses. Richard would take me to look at houses and then when my husband was back in town he would take us both back to the houses after I had narrowed down the ones that I liked. He always return my phone calls texts and emails right away. The house that we ended up buying had only been on the market for one day when we put in our offer. There were multiple offers on the house and Richard was able to get the house for us!!! From start to finish we had a wonderful experience with Richard being our realtor from looking at houses to putting in our offer and he even set up our inspection for us.
