Working with Rich was a blessing. He made the whole process so easy and helped us save money on what we were planning on doing to fix up the house. He knew exactly what we need to spend money on to upgrade the home to get max value and what not to spend money on. He introduced us to his companies revitalize program which helped us upgrade the home much faster as they paid a portion of the upgrades up front and got it back at the sale of the home without any interest on top. Only what they fronted us, they got back. He was very knowledgeable of the area, what we should upgrade and what value we should list it at. After we completed the upgrades, Rich had over 100 showings over the 3 day weekend which produced 88 offers. UNBELIVABLE!!!! Every one of the 88 offers was over the listing price. We narrowed it down to 3 offers and then Rich was able to get an additional 7k on the final offer that we accepted. Overall 146k over listing price. Never in our wildest dreams did we ever think we would get that much for our house. Rich studied the area and priced the home just right, detailed what we should upgrade and fix and was there the entries time we needed him. Sometimes was even at the house monitoring the work that was being completed. Always was on his contractors to keep and meet the deadlines given. All in all, best decision we made was to have Rich as our Agent. He made our dreams come true.
