He is always accessible and very responsive, and has a deep network of trustworthy pros that can help prepare a house for sale or get it ready for move in. He also did a great job with pricing the home as he really knows the Tucson & surrounding area market, and in my case, the home had a great offer on the first day we listed it and eventually closed with that buyer. I agree with one of the other reviewers that Richard truly is a rare "full-service realtor" which is a pretty unique aspect of his approach to business.
