Richard is FANTASTIC. 10/10 recommend
He's been in the business for over a decade an truly is an encyclopedia of knowledge surrounding the topic of real estate. He will walk you through the entire process from start to finish in a kind, patient, understanding, and accommodating manner. Richard is very professional and knowledgeable in a field that is often times filled with people who are unprofessional and don't know how to properly educate people, especially new home owners. My fiance and I had an excellent experience, couldn't recommend enough!
