I met Richard when I had my home up for sale in Fort Bragg he was the agent for the buyer. The buyer's loved the house and the property but could not get a loan for the full amount of the home So I carried the note or owner financed my home to them which means I become the bank and they pay me a monthly mortgage. I began working with the agent from Lake county and found a home which was in escrow unfortunately two weeks before I was to move out of my old home escrow fell through the seller backed out. Trying to find a home in Lake county that will carry the note or owner finance is very difficult. Richard had called me on behalf of the buyer to confirm my move out date and after I explained what happened he was really concerned about where I was going to move he did not want me to sleep in my car and actually made arrangements with the new buyer of my home to let me stay in the rental part of the property for an extra two weeks. Richard offered to help me if he could and I was very grateful . I explained to him what I needed and two days later he called me back. He had found me a home that would carry the notes 2 days later I looked at the home and made an offer that day. Richard found me a home made it happen closed escrow in 15 days and I moved from one home into my new house and I love it. Richard is a very hard-working dedicated realtor. He responds to your messages keeps you updated on what's going on. He let me know step by step what was going to happen during the purchase of my new home.
