Richard was so above & beyond my expectations, that I barely have the words to describe. Most importantly, he is an extremely honest & trustworthy, a wonderful Christian family man, who will put your needs first & foremost. He is easy to talk with, & will become a good friend. He is the voice of reason when this process can be daunting, & although not a lawyer or tax professional, has much wisdom to draw upon. He is exceptionally driven to meet his client’s needs, & never lets the ball drop for a second. He worked 7 days a week to meet our needs, even while on vacation. At the end of six days we had 22 offers, at or above asking price and closed in 26 days from list to close.
