Hiring Richard Ferris as our selling agent was perhaps one of the best decisions we have ever made. Richard is highly professional, knowledgeable of all aspects of the residential market, the sales/closing process, and he is available and responsive. Richard takes his own pictures and the quality is pro. We credit that our house was on the market for less than 24 hours with 5 offers, and even a back-up offer, with Richard's market savvy and photography. I don't think that we could have made a better choice in real estate agents.

We were very happy with Richard. Not only did he handle the marketing of our property but he was able to recommend a fabulous person for staging. When we sold it was still the downturn of the housing industry but with Richard's help we sold in 3 weeks for what we were asking!
