We had the challenge of trying to buy property in a very tight (sellers) market while out of state. We eventually bought the *perfect* house, and we never would had been so successful if Rich were not involved. Rich kept us informed on current market conditions, he promptly followed up on all new leads and followups, and he handled a lot of details that would normally fall on the buyer (like coordinating inspections, etc) because we weren't physically able to be there. He did a very good job keeping our expectations centered around reality, and he always provided appropriate guidance regarding urgency, priorities, and additional local considerations that were unfamiliar to us (e.g. radon detectors). When the right house popped up, we had to move forward quickly, and he led us every step of the way. Rich was our real estate agent when we purchased our first home over the holidays. It was a busy time of year, and as first-time home buyers, we had LOTS of questions. Additionally, we were moving from out-of-state, making things even more complicated. Rich was extremely helpful during the full process and went up-and-above the normal duties visiting many potential homes and even doing video walk-throughs to send to us when we could not be there in person ourselves. He is very knowledgeable about Denver’s market and had lots of great information to share. When we found our perfect home, he worked fast and hard to put a contract together and get it submitted right away. Within hours we had backup contracts come in behind us, so we appreciate how responsive he was making sure we had our contract presented quickly. He was diligent with keeping track of all deadlines, helping to explain and guide us through each step, and ensure we never missed a deadline date.
