I needed to sell my home after my husband passed away and this was the first time I was involved with a home a sale by myself. He didn't push me to look at homes outside my price or location and suggested that I make sure I come back to look at the setting during the day if we had look at the home after dark. This made me re-think and pass on a house after I re-visited during daylight hours. When I wasn't able to handle the leaves on my 3/4 acre property and my son was not available due to wrestling tournaments, he had his son and friend come on a Saturday and take care of them for me.
