I had the pleasure to work with Rick both selling a home and purchasing a new one. Rick was upfront, honest and genuine with the selling and purchase of my families homes. As to be expected with any home buying/selling process there were bumps in the road. Rick addressed each issue quickly, and offered his knowledge on the current situation at hand. He worked behind the scenes to make our purchase/sale as easy as possible. Why Rick? Which is what a lot of people ask me when I refer him. There are thousands of realtors across the area why him? Always a simple answer: he cares. He will get to know your family, and you will soon understand what I really mean. He will go above and beyond, and make sure the job is done the right way. I have confidence saying he will do things your average realtor won’t do to make your families home buying or selling as stress free as possible.
