I had the pleasure to work with Rick both selling a home and purchasing a new one. Rick was upfront, honest and genuine with the selling and purchase of my families homes. As to be expected with any home buying/selling process there were bumps in the road. Rick addressed each issue quickly, and offered his knowledge on the current situation at hand. We decided on a whim to sell our home....crazy. Rick assured us it would sell quick; 4 days is pretty quick. Being in a seller’s market it was proving difficult to find a home that we all (us and our 3 kids) loved, but he found us our forever home in the area we wanted to be.
