His knowledge of the real-estate market in the Long Beach area was apparent from the beginning. I signed the listing agreement with him on a Thursday evening and by Sunday evening he had shown the house to 12 prospects and we had three solid offers. He was expert in helping me to navigate the offer and counter-offer process. Within days we had a rock solid sales contract in hand. In a matter of weeks Richard worked us all the way to a successful closing. With the pandemic I wasn't sure how things would work out. I was out of state and Richard made sure that every contingency was worked through in a timely and professional manner. I have never had a home sale go through in such a smooth manner.
