As a hard to please buyer, I was more than pleased with how hard Ritch hung in there to find the right house for me. Every day we looked at houses for weeks until I found the one I want to buy. He is patient and very knowledgeable about the market in this area. I love the house I bought and he is the guy who put the deal together and made it happen. I am really happy with the outcome.
