Words alone can't express what a great experience it's been working with Richard. He is extremely knowledgeable of the downtown area which is a great help in our search for a condo. Richard has a way of making the process a pleasurable experience. He pays close attention to our wishes/desires and then he takes that information into consideration when setting up tours.
