I launched my career at 18 purchasing my first Commercial Business. I've been investing in Real Estate since. Purchasing, renovating, and selling both residential and commercial properties. My construction experience of 15 years in residential and commercial has given me the ability to analyze properties to maximize the largest return on investment. As first time home buyers there we had a ton of questions and an endless list of vocabulary that didn’t make any sense to my wife and me. With the experienced guidance of Richard and his team we couldn’t have felt more comfortable during the process of buying our home. Every step of the way Richard was there to make sure the transaction was seamless. Richard made sure that all the stress was on him and not us, providing us the ultimate experience. I met Richard when I was purchasing my home, I had my own agent and Richard was the agent and owner of the property I purchased after meeting Richard he was so helpful and understanding that I wished that he was my agent I can't say how much he's help us. I would not hesitate to recommend him he's awesome.

It was a pleasure having Richard as my realtor

It was a pleasure having Richard as my realtor. Richard is very knowledgeable and experienced realtor. He's very patient and always available to answer my questions. I was looking for an investment property near Disney and found Richard online. We spent a few weeks going through listings and evaluating homes in different areas, amenities, and HOAs. I booked my flight and Richard made himself available on Saturday, Sunday and Monday and lined up several properties for me to look at. I flew from Denver to Orlando and looked at several properties over the weekend and was able to make an offer on Monday because of Richard's expertise and diligence. I am so glad I found Richard. He made my out-of-state property investment possible.
